REST API

The Standard ERP REST API allows you to read and write data in a Standard ERP database from a third-party application via HTTP or HTTPS requests.

Features supported by the latest version of the REST API (version 2.2 in early 2019) include:

• The ability to read values from any register or block in the database including customised registers and blocks.
  

• Options to sort and filter records.
  

• Options to fetch specified fields, making responses smaller.
  

• The ability to retrieve changes and deletions made since a previous API call.
  

• The ability to write new records in a Standard ERP database and to change existing records.
  

• Improved security features.
