Operations Menu - Rental Quotation - Agreement Info

This page describes the 'Agreement Info' function on the Operations menu in the record window for Rental Quotations. If you are using iOS or Android, the 'Agreement Info' function is on the Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon).

If a Rental Quotation is connected to an Agreement (i.e. if the Existing Agree. field in the Rental Quotation contains an Agreement Number), selecting the 'Agreement Info' command will print to screen an Agreement Invoicing report for that Agreement. This version of the Agreement Invoicing report will be produced using the Invoiced, Not Invoiced and Items In/Out History options and so is the same report that is produced by selecting 'Agreement Info' from the Operations menu (Windows/macOS) or Tools menu (iOS/Android) when looking at an Agreement. Please refer to the description of the Agreement Invoicing report here for full details.

If a Rental Quotation is not connected to an Agreement, selecting the 'Agreement Info' command will have no effect.
