Operations Menu - Rental Reservation - Open Rental Item

This page describes the 'Open Rental Item' function on the Operations menu in the Rental Reservation record window. If you are using iOS or Android, the 'Open Rental Item' function is on the Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon).

When viewing a Rental Reservation, you can use the 'Open Rental Item' function if you need to look at the record for the Serial Numbered Rental Item being rented out. When you select the function from the Operations menu (Windows/macOS) or Tools menu (iOS/Android): the Rental Item record will be opened in a new window.
