If you are using iOS or Android, the 'Items In' function is on the + menu.--- At the end of a rental period the Customer will return the rented Items which you will receive back in to rental stock. Creating an Items In record will allow you to record the return of the Item by the Customer. When you mark the Items In record as Accepted and save, rental stock levels will be updated. The Status of the Agreement that governs a Reservation must be Active or No More Transactions and it must have been marked as OK and saved for you to be able to create Items In records from the Reservation. If an "Agreement not Valid" message appears when you try to create an Items In record, it will be because one or both of these conditions are not met. Items In records will not be created if an Agreement does not have any connected Items Out records that you have marked as Sent. You can create Items In records using the following methods:
The Status in the new record will be Created, so you will need to mark it as Accepted to update rental stock levels and, if the Reservation is to be charged on a fixed price basis, to allow charging to begin. If you need to open an existing Items In record from a Reservation, you can do so from the Reservation Info report which you can open by selecting 'Reservation Info' from the Operations menu (Windows/macOS) or Tools menu (iOS/Android).
