Detailed Agreements

This page describes the Detailed Agreements form in the Rental module.

Use the Detailed Agreement form if you need to print an Agreement with separate pages for each of the connected Reservations.

The Agreement will be printed using the Form Template that you specify via this option. To do this, highlight 'Detailed Agreements' in the 'Forms' list and select 'Define Form' from the Operations menu. In the subsequent 'Form Definition' window, specify a Form Template using 'Paste Special' if necessary. The 'Form Definition' window is fully described here. When designing the Form Template you can use the header fields that are listed for the Agreement form here but not the row fields.

The Reservations will be printed using the Form Template that you specify via the Rental Reservations form described here. When designing the Form Template you can use the fields that are listed for the Rental Reservation form on that page.

Range Reporting    Numeric
Enter an Agreement Number to print a single Agreement record, or a range of Agreement Numbers, separating the first and last number with a colon (:). You must specify an Agreement Number or range of Numbers: if you leave this field empty, no forms will be printed. Any Agreements in the range that you have previously printed will not be reprinted.
