The Rental Quotation Status report contains full details of the selected Rental Quotations, including lists of the quoted Items and the connected Activities. You can also produce a Rental Quotation Status report for an individual Rental Quotation by opening an individual Rental Quotation in a record window and choosing 'Rental Quotation Status' from the Operations menu (Windows/macOS) or Tools menu (iOS/Android).

When printed to screen, the Quotation Status report has the Standard ERP drill-down feature. Click (Windows/macOS) or tap (iOS/Android) on any Quotation Number or Activity Number or Date in the report to open the corresponding record, and on any Person's Signature to produce an Activities, Persons report for that Person.

Rental Quotation No.: Range Reporting Numeric; Enter a Quotation Number or a range of Numbers separated by a colon (:) here if you would like specific Rental Quotations to be shown in the report.
