Rental Reservations Transactions

This page describes the Rental Reservations Transactions report in the Rental module.

The Rental Reservations Transactions report summarises by Location the Rental Reservations that were or are still active during the report period.

Period
Paste Special    Reporting Periods setting, System module
The report will include three figures as follows:

On
Number of Rental Reservations that began during the period specified here.

Off
Number of Rental Reservations that ended during the period specified here. This can include Rental Reservations that started before the report period, so On will not necessarily equal Off + Current.

Current
Number of Rental Reservations that ended or will end after the period specified here or that have blank End Dates. This can include Rental Reservations that started before the report period.

Location
Paste Special    Locations setting, Stock module
Default taken from    Person record of current user
If you need the report to display statistics for a particular Location, specify that Location here. If you leave this field empty, the report will display statistics for each Location used in the selected Reservations.
