Uncollected Off-Hire

This page describes the Uncollected Off-Hire report in the Rental module.

The Uncollected Off-Hire report is a list of overdue Rental Reservations (Reservations in which the End Date is in the past but where the Rental Item has not yet been returned). The report will therefore not show Rental Reservations in which the In quantity (on the 'Status' card) is not blank (i.e. Reservations with at least one connected Items In record that has been marked as Accepted) or Rental Reservations in which the End Date is in the future or blank.

When printed to screen, the Uncollected Off-Hire report has the Standard ERP drill-down feature. Click (Windows/macOS) or tap (iOS/Android) on any Reservation Number in the report to open a Rental Reservation.

Customer
Paste Special    Customers in Contact register
If you need the report to list the overdue Rental Reservations with a particular Customer, enter the Contact Number of that Customer here. The Customer of a Rental Reservation is the Customer that is specified in the governing Agreement.

Item
Paste Special    Item register
If you need the report to list overdue Reservations for Rental Items with a particular Item Number, specify that Item Number here.

Item Group
Paste Special    Item Group register, Sales Ledger
If you need the report to list overdue Reservations for Rental Items whose connected Item records belong to a particular Item Group, specify that Item Group here.

Location
Paste Special    Locations setting, Stock module
Default taken from    Person record of current user
If you need to see a list of overdue Rental Reservations with a particular Location, specify that Location here.

The "Days" column shows the number of days from the End Date of the Reservation to the current date.
