Jewellery Workflow - Sales - Returns
This page describes using Returns together with the Jewellery module.

If a Customer returns a piece, you can process the return in the following ways:
- If you originally sold the piece through a Point of Sales Invoice, find the original Invoice by Invoice Number and then use the "Return" button. This will create a new Point of Sales Invoice, a duplicate of the original one but with negative quantities. Refund the Customer and process the Return Invoice in the usual way.
- If you originally sold the piece through a Sales Ledger Invoice, find the original Invoice by Invoice Number and then select 'Credit Note' from the Create menu (Windows/macOS) or + menu (iOS/Android). Select the Update Stock option on the 'Del. Terms' card to bring the piece back in to stock. Mark the Credit Note as OK and save to complete processing.
