Access To Servers
This page describes the Access To Servers report in the System module.
---
If you have secondary servers connected to a main server, you can run the Access to Servers report in the System module from the main server to check which users have access to each of the secondary servers. To be included in the report, a secondary server must be listed in the Secondary Servers setting in the Technics module with a Host Name and an SSL Port.
- Person
- Paste Special
Person register, System module and Global User register, Technics module
- If you need the report to list the servers to which a particular user has access, enter that user's Signature here. That user must have a record in the Person register in the Company in which you are working or in the Global User register.
- If you do not specify a user here, the report will be a list of secondary servers showing the users who have access to each one.
- Type
- Select an option to specify the users who will be included in the report, as follows:
- All
- All users will be included in the report. In this context, a user is someone who has a record in the Person register in the Company in which you are working or in the Global User register.
- Closed on Mother
- A user will only be included in the report if you have marked as Closed their record in the Person register in the Company in which you are working or in the Global User register. This can be useful if a user has left the company, you have closed their access to your main server and you need a list of secondary servers to which access should be closed.
- If you specify a user in the Person field above whose Person or Global User record is not Closed, selecting this option will produce an empty report.
