Conference Access

The Conference Access report is a list of Conferences, showing the users (i.e. the Mailboxes) that have access to each one. You should control access to Conferences using Conference Access Groups.

If you would like to see a list of Mailboxes, showing the Conferences that they can access, use the User Conference Access report.

When printed to screen, the Conference Access report has the Standard ERP Drill-down feature. Click (Windows/Mac OS X) or tap (iOS/Android) the name of a Conference or Mailbox in the report to open the relevant Conference or Mailbox record.

Paste Special    Mailboxes and Conferences
If you specify a Conference here, the report will list the Mailboxes that have access to that Conference. If you leave this field empty, the report will list all Conferences in alphabetical order.

Note that the 'Paste Special' list will contain both Mailboxes and Conferences. If you choose a Mailbox from the list, the resulting report will be empty.
