Signatures

A Signature is a short piece of text that will appear at the end of every external mail (email) that is sent from a particular Mailbox. To add a Signature to their Mailbox, a user should open their Mailbox and choose 'Open Signature' from the Operations menu (Windows/Mac OS X) or Tools menu (iOS/Android).

The Signatures report lists the Signatures that have been attached to each Mailbox. For each Mailbox, the report shows the Mailbox Name and the text of the Signature (or the text "No Signature" if a Mailbox does not have a Signature). If a Mailbox also has a Presentation, there will also be an [Info] text button that you can click (Windows/Mac OS X) or tap (iOS/Android) to open the Presentation.

Mailbox
Paste Special    Mailboxes and Conferences
If you specify a Mailbox here, the report will display the Signature of that Mailbox. If you leave this field empty, the report will list every Mailbox together with Signatures.

Note that the 'Paste Special' list will contain both Mailboxes and Conferences. If you choose a Conference from the list, the resulting report will be empty.

Signature Contains
If you want to list Signatures that contain a particular word or phrase, enter that word or phrase here.

Skip all mailboxes without a signature
By default, Mailboxes without Signatures will always be included in the report. For example, if you enter a Mailbox in the field above or a word or phrase in the Signature Contains field, the report will list the Mailboxes that match those criteria but Mailboxes without Signatures will be included as well. Select this option if you do not want Mailboxes without Signatures to be included in the report.
